Question Will a i5 7400 bottleneck a RX 5700?

I am planning on upgrading my PC. I currently have:
i5-7400
8gb RAM
GTX 1060 3gb

But will a graphics card upgrade, like a RX 5700 be bottlenecked by my cpu?

I'm planning on playing:
-CoD MW (2019)
-PUBG
-FORZA

Yes. The 7400 will hold back many modern cards like a 5700 @1080p

Yes, sadly in a very very hard way. The first thing you should do on this PC is change the CPU. It's holding you back now and it's the weakest part on this setup on modern games.

Look for cheap 7700 for easy upgrade or try to move to Ryzen.
