[SOLVED] Will a I5-9400F bottleneck a RTX 2070 in 1440p?

Will a Intel Core I5-9400F bottleneck a RTX 2080? I want to play in 1440p and i heard that resolution matters. I'm asking this because i don't know how bottlenecks work.
