My question is to guys will this PC build be able to run Arma 3 at 1080p ultra settings and get 60 or more fps, will it even run? Does all the wires and parts come with this? Did I get all the nessecery parts that's needed? Will it bottle neck? Here's the link to the PC build:http://pcpartpicker.com/p/LFn3sY

CPU - This is a locked CPU meaning you can not overclock. Did you mean to have a K-series CPU in there (since you have a Z97 motherboard listed..)?
Thermal Compound - Not needed.
CPU Cooler - Will you be overclocking? If so, don't forget one.
MB - Changed to an ASROCK offering. Same features and a bit cheaper.
MEM - Changed to modules with the same specs, but less expensive.
HD - Why the two 1TB drives? Ok with swapping one with an SSD for your OS and applications?
GPU - Not the greatest. The EVGA below will be a bit faster with its factory overclock.
CASE + FANS + CONTROLLER - This adds up to $120+. ...just get a nicer case with fans included.

The Z97 motherboard is typically paired with a K series processor for overclocking. Since you aren't interested in that, look toward an H97 chipset with a non-K series processor. You can also skip the aftermarket CPU cooler...
