Will a Intel i5-6402P bottleneck an rx 480?

So my only question is will a Intel i5-6402P bottleneck an rx 480.Thanks everyone! If not then I know what the problem is.

You might not match a 7700k's framerates, but an RX480 and that processor are certainly not a massive mismatch...

I'd say you can expect frame rates about on par with a normal i5-6400 , perhaps 1 fps higher as you have 100 MHz higher base clock....
