It could technicaly run the software but performance will be poor. You cpu is based on the bay trail architecture and is much slower than any core series cpu. Even a mid range amd cpu would do a better job. I do not know exactly how much this cpu costs, but i know its cheap. If you are planning on doing any serious work on this machine gat a better cpu.
