Will a large CPU air cooler distrupt exhaust case fans?

I'm using the corsair air 740 with a noctua d15 and the d15 comes within mm of the rear and top exhaust fans....is this a bad thing?

I've thought about switching to the kraken x62 to allow more room for the exhaust fans to do their thing.

Haven't had any major temp issues, just curious

Solution
I think it best to concentrate on air intake for good cooling.
Whatever comes in will exit someplace and take heated air with it.
Your air 740 is excellent.
The two included 140mm fans can take in lots of air.
If they are filtered, your case will stay clean.
The single rear exhaust fan is there mostly to direct where the heated air exits.

Do not make the mistake of adding other exit fans. They will tend to draw in unfiltered air from adjacent openings destroying the cleaning action of the front fans.
