Will a micro atx motherboard fit in this mini itx case?

Uh, that's a different case so what's the POINT of this?

There are different types of "ATX" cases and they support up to "E-ATX".

If it's E-ATX it supports E-ATX, ATX, micro-ATX and mini-ITX.

However, if it's a "mini-ITX" case it doesn't support the larger boards.

When you label a case that simply means it supports that type of board as well as the smaller ones that are compatible.

I questioned rather a mini would fit in a matx myself and found this post. I put the answer there for any people who may be asking the same question and through their search results find themselves here.

You can fit mini itx into a micro atx. That's a smaller mobo in a bigger case. But it does not go vice versa. You cannot fit a bigger matx mobo into a smaller mini itx case.

They're not asking the same question. Be more careful in reading and stop bumping posts.
