Will a new case get me higher frame rate?

Sadly,no. You will need a more powerful CPU/GPU in order to see an increase in fps. A case is nothing more than a metal box which holds your components.

A new case can only help in terms of cable management, airflow, and blinken lights.

It has nothing to do with framerate.

It would not increase your FPS directly. The only reason it would increase your FPS is if your parts are being throttled. Which means your speeds are slowed down to prevent them from EXPLODING or simply over heating. Short answer, no, unless you upgrade your PC specs.

Unless you currently have your computer in a box with no fans upgrading the case wont do anything. The gts240 is probably the reason your frames suck

They were indeed, because getting a bigger case would not be a reasonable fix to getting better performance.

I already have a GTS 240 and am going to upgrade to a GTX Titan Z SLI so my specs will be:

AMD Sempron 145
2GB RAM 1066mhz
300w PSU
CIT Vantage (very shiny case)
2-way SLI Titans
And a Biostar FM83-X
