Will a new GPU solve fragmentation

So In games such as Minecraft I sometimes see pixels outlining blocks or letters on signs being outlined and other games such as Far Cry 4 and DayZ in which I see the same green pixels. So will a new GPU solve this issue

download furmark and run it at high settings and if you see the pixles download MSI afterburner go into Settings and click unlock core voltage and increase it by 10-20 and click apply
