The pump died on my h100i v2 so i need a replacement cpu cooler from what i have seen here and there the NH-D15 seems to be the go to for high performance air cooling seeming beating the coolermaster v8 GTS (please correct me if im wrong!) but now i need to know if it will fit in my tower i have an Asus Strix Z370 e-gaming mobo and corsair vengeance ram with a Evga GTX 970 ftw ?

Solution
NH-D15: 165mm
Corsair 500D cpu cooler clearance: up to 170mm
Naked ram: 30mm
Corsair vengeance?
-Pro: 51mm
-LPX: 31mm

A)If the Vengeance Pro, the front fan will need to be moved to the back of the 2nd tower. I can't confirm the clearance with the I/O shield though.
B)If the Vengeance LPX, then yes, it'll fit without having to change anything.

Yeah, if you have Vengeance pro sticks, you'd better get a cooler like the Thermalright Legrand Macho RT that is highly offset to the rear for the purpose of clearance, or run a liquid AIO cooler of some flavor, because most of the big coolers are not going to fit with that memory installed.
