Question Will a Noctua NH-D15 fit in this system?

Hi, I plan on putting a NH-D15 into an ASUS ROG STRIX Z690-E with Corsair Dominator Platinums inside a Corsair 7000D Airflow case. Will it fit?

Yes, it would fit (max cpu height on that case is 190mm, yours is 165mm with fans installed)

In regards to the fan getting in the way of the ram, could the rightmost fan be moved completely over to the left side of the cooler? Wouldn't that make room for the ram and still keep two fans on the cooler?

With that motherboard's VRM heatsink the cooler needs to be mounted with the fans blowing upward so you may want to plan on additional exhaust fans in the top of the case.
