Will a Noctuar NH-D14 fit with my setup?

Here are some specs:

Case- NZXT Phantom 530
Mobo- Asrock Z87 Extreme 3
RAM- G.Skill RipjawsX
GPU- Asus GTX 770

I had originally intended to get the Kraken x60 but i figured since i'm not over clocking i might as well save myself a few bucks and go with air cooling instead.

So here i am just wanting to make sure that it will fit so i can cool down my bloody Haswell i5 4670.

Yes. That case has room for a 183mm cpu cooler, and the D14 is 160mm tall.

I have just found a website that says my Motherboard and RAM is compatible with the CPU Cooler. I will post the links just incase anyone else has questions about their own setups.
