Hey everyone with Black Friday/Cyber Monday around the corner, I'm looking for help deciding whether or not to just buy a new GPU instead of a whole system.

Here's my old gaming computer I still have

Here's the benchmark LOL

I of course want to also eventually upgrade the CPU, RAM, add windows 10, and add a SSD. Any suggestions for those that are compatible with this motherboard would be awesome. I really don't want to buy a new one unless I have to but then I might as well just buy a brand new gaming PC if that's the case.

and if you could give a recommendation for what brand of GTX 1070 to buy maybe from this list I would appreciate it

I'm not really tech savvy so I don't know if they're all compatible or not, and if they are which brands are good.

that psu is decent

gtx 1070's will behave the same as long as it has a decent cooler, just go for the cheapest one

avoid the blower style cards though

Sorry like I said I'm not really tech savvy, can you elaborate on what a "blower style" card is? Why should I avoid? And what cooler would you recommend? a liquid cooler?

open air (right hand), blower style ( left hand)

get the cheapest open air design with at least two fans
