so the mobo here is PCIe 2.0 x16 slot. and im using a PCIe Asus r7 260x

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Asus-R7260X-DC2OC-2GD5-1188MHz-Express-Graphics/dp/B00FSC51TU/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_nC?ie=UTF8&colid=3PS14PTDE7OHK&coliid=I3KV7TWC9209UZ

will it fit my mobo?

also if it does fit, will there be any performance issues or any different drivers i have to install? anything like that?

Solution
Yes it will fit. PCIe 3.0 is backwards compatible. There isn't anything special you need to do, just install the latest drivers from AMD.
