[SOLVED] Will a PCV video card work in a PCI Express slot?

I'm trying to replace the video card in my computer. The slot says it's for a PCI Express. Someone gave me a video card that says PCB on it. I don't suppose they're interchangeable are they?

PCB simply stands for "Printed Circuit Board". If it fits the slot then it should work.
