gotta know, I think they will, but I want to make sure before I get each of these.
my old pc finally kicked the can (first the Graphics card, wich I replaced with a nearby spare oooollllddd graphics card I happened to have, then I did something or other and my motherboard went on the fritz, so I NEED these new parts, and their a major upgrade on what I had, and they are all I need for now (my old graphics card was like a 7300 GeForce GT I think...)

Yes. According your motherboard support page (under support/cpu support) it will.

It appears that you need the "7599vA8" BIOS (or higher) to support that chip. If you don't have that BIOS or higher, follow your motherboard's support instructions on updating your BIOS to the latest version.
