Will a q9650 bottleneck 750 Ti?

Probably not. But I wouldn't go any higher than a gtx750ti.

It will depend on the game (some can be quite CPU intensive), but in general that CPU will be fine paired with a 750Ti.

A bottleneck will only occur if the CPU is throttling at 100% usage (above 90% can count also), otherwise what's limiting the card? If the CPU usage is very high and the GPU usage is very low, this indicates a bottleneck. In the games you play currently if your CPU is coping just fine I don't see any issue.

Yes that could be inferred. But is there any article or anything that says that it will bottleneck before I buy the card?

Bottlenecking is guesswork. There's no formula or look up table. If you don't have problems playing your games at the moment, then the CPU is coping with the games. The gtx750ti will need the cpu to lift its performance so it can run at 100%. By how much is unknown. So we guess - based on similar bottlenecking questions.

It'll be fine. Just check your current CPU Usage.

I'm using a geforce 9600 GT and I can't compare it with the 750 Ti lol. I guess I'll just buy the card.

I'd just grab the GTX 750Ti, a great card. As stated before this is no formula or rable to work out bottlenecking.
