Question Will a R7 240 GPU Work With a I5-3rd Gen, Dell Optiplex SFF Machine?

I don't know if the R7 240 will use too much power or if it is compatible with a SFF I5 3rd gen CPU, in a Dell Optiplex 9010 SFF. Anyone know?

I'm just trying to look for a low profile graphics card, that can do basically light gaming well, on Free 2 play titles. Nothing crazy.
