Will a Radeon HD 6670 Graphic Card work in a HP pavilion 500-023w, if not what good card under $100 will work in my pc

Yes, the HD 6670 will work fine and it's probably one of the best from a quick search that you'll be able to use with the Pavilion 500-023w since it only has a built in 300w Power supply.
