I really need to know if a radeon r7 260 will work on my computer

Specs-
PSU- EVGA 430W 80 plus certified
CPU- Amd Athlon 5350
Mobo-Gigabyte ga-am1h-s2h
Ram-4gb crucial ballistix sport
HDD-1tb western digital

Hmm i had the idea AMD cards needed more wattage.

They do typically need more power but it is a low end card.

In that case you should upgrade to a 550w. Such as the EVGA GS 550w. You want a quality PSU over a crappy one
