Will a Radeon x1950 xt bottleneck a 2.8GHz P4?

Lol, the p4 may bottleneck the x1950, not sure what you want it for, to play games, old one's i hope?
You yould have been better with an hd5450 if it was to see youtube videos since it suports hardwere aceleration, ho well have fun if it still works

Thank you! It's to play old video games. It won't have internet access. The HD5450 wasn't recommended (http://modthesims.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:System_Requirements/MTS2_Recommendations#Desktop_Graphics_Card_Compatibility_and_Recommendations) so I splurged $20 on the x1950.
