Will a Raidmax 530ss cope with an overclocked Fx 8320 and a Gigabyte R9 270x

Just wondering if a Raidmax 530ss will cope with an overclocked Fx 8320 and a Gigabyte R9 270x along with a coolermaster 212x. Other specs: Mobo is MSI 970, 8 gigs (4x2 gigs) ram.

Raidmax PSU's are not known for their quality. I would not overclock on one.
