will a restore point remove a trojan virus

Hey ppls,
I'm running windows 8.1, and today I got a prompt from PayPal telling me on my browser "Virus Detected: Trojan.Spy.Ursnif.F" . Will a save point help or will it take more drastic measures? Please, any and all advice in appreciated. I have been compromised.

Most of the time, trojan infects system restore.

Try it and you will know.

Better run malware bytes, adwcleaner and roguekiller just to be sure.

If you find out your badly infected run combofix.

Yeah, restore did nothing. Every page I open, ads pop-up galore.
