Question Will a ROG THOR 850W ARGB work on a GIGABYTE MOTHERBOARD?

I had a build with a 9900k, a z390e gaming from asus and my rog thor psu, the problem is that my Motherboard needed to be changed as temperature issues and I will get a gigabyte z390 aorus master, it has an ARGB header but Im hella worried if my PSU lights will work on RGB Fusion (I know is a very bad software), does anybody know if the lights will be controlled by RGB FUSION?

That PSU has a 3 pin ARGB connector which I always connect to a "Y" that is also connected to a 4 splitter where all my 5 volt RGB tires are connected, so at the end, on a single ARGB header I have plugged in 3 tires, the psu leds and my chassis leds... it... should work, doesnt it?

Temp issues... I dont know if the technician really knows about VRMs or so, but with my z390e and a 9900k, temperatures climbed to 100 degrees while editing; they changed my CPU TWICE while on warranty (damn lost of money!) but temps go higher and higher, they even used a liquid one... so they think the problem is MOBO related so they are willing to replace me that Z390E with a maximus xi hero, another z390e, or an aorus z390 master...
I have seen a lot of videos and forums and the aorus master is clearly the champion with VRMs temperatures, as the maximus is only a 4 phase (so Im willing to think that the z390e is also a 4 phase), so... at the end I guess I will get much better performance with an aorus master than with a z390e or a maximus XI hero... the problem is that gigabytes bios is... you know, not the better one (but I nearly never overclock, only XMP profiles so it doesnt even matter) and RGB fusion is a very BAD RGB software.
So at the end I will loose RGB customization but win in performance... I think it is a very good trade... but makes me sad and stress me if im about to loose my PSU sync.
