It's physically compatible. But whether Dell has the BIOS allowing for such an upgrade is questionable.
Best check the original configurations Dell offered to see for better compatibility chances. Or see if anyone with that precise motherboard is using it with the Ryzen 5 2600 on Userbenchmark; though do so with some scepticism if it will definitely work with yours.
I highly doubt it will work with a 2nd gen Ryzen. But I have seen that motherboard with a Ryzen 1800x working just fine.
Dell usually does not add support for future CPUs once a PC has shipped.
