Question Will a ryzen desktop processor thermal throttle a lot in a laptop?

Hello everyone
I have found this gaming laptop, ( https://www.pcspecialist.nl/notebooks/nova-15/ ) which is probably the best deal in my region, and it has a ryzen 3600 desktop processor in it.
I am thinking of getting the rtx 2070 option.
My question is: will the ryzen 5 3600 thermal throttle a lot because it normally is a desktop processor, or will it just run fine, and is the ryzen 5 a bottleneck for the rtx 2070?
