Will a Windows Vista code work on Windows 7

Hi guys. I have a little issue, my girlfriend asked me to format her laptop with Windows Vista, the problem is she doesn't have a disk with it, but she has the code for it at the bottom of her laptop. I thought that I could install my Windows 7 on her device but will the code work?

No, a Vista activation code will not work with Windows 7. Why would you even think that it would?
