Will a Xeon e3 1220 v3 bottleneck with a 1070?

I'm looking to upgrade my GPU from a 960 to a 1070- problem is I have a server computer with a Xeon e3 1220 v3 and research suggests I'll get some bottleneck- but I'm not sure how much. Similar questions have been asked but with a slightly better Xeon that supports hyperthreading and the answer has been a little- so I'm guessing mine will be more. Is it worth getting a 1070 then? Or do I need a better CPU? All I want out of it is 60hz 1440p max settings- which I could still get with some bottleneck as PC gamer's review said an average of 77.4 fps @ 1440p @ max settings on AAA titles. What's your opinion?

Solution
I don't not think your 1220v3 would bottleneck a 1070. It's basically a 3.5ghz Haswell i5. There is no way a Xeon e3-1231v3 would bottleneck a 1070.

good to know. What would you reccomend as an alternative? Or should I just stick to asking the important questions here

I was talking about the bottlenecker hahaha
