Will a Xigmatek HDT-s1283 fit in an Antec 200?

I have a phenom 720 on the way with an ASUS M4A79XTD EVO 790X AM3, and an Antec Two-Hundred case. Simply, will this heatsink fit or not? Greatly appreciated!

It seems that by comapring the width of the case and the depth/height of the heatsink, it provides 1-2 inches of space, but incuding the mobo, cpu, and any other factors.... im just not sure, never put anything other than a stock heatsink in.
