Will A-XMP profile 1 (3333mhz) be fine for my msi b450 gaming pro carbon (My ram speed is 3600mhz) 1 x 8gb as my other stick broke soon to be upgrading to 4x8 which are also 3600mhz

Yes but you are loosing good deal of performance because of single channel.
If possible, go for 2 sticks of 16GB instead, because it's easier to get full speed on most systems.
