Will a Zotac Amp Extreme 980ti fit inside an NZXT H440

Right now I've got that graphics card inside a Fractal Design R4 and it fits without the extra hard drive bay. Planning on doing a new build using that card but I'd like to use an NZXT H440. My issue is that it looks like the shroud can't be removed and I'm not sure the card will fit because of that. Anyone have any experience with this case and larger graphics cards?

GPU Clearance With HDD Cage: 294mm
GPU Clearance Without HDD Cage: 428mm

Card length: 328.2mm

It will fit if you remove the HDD Cage.

One other concern is width. Card is fairly wide. So if it does dip behind the shroud I want to make sure I have enough room for it and the PSU cables.

The NZXT H440 (White/Black) ATX Mid Tower Case supports video cards up to 406mm long, but video cards over 294mm may block drive bays. Since the Zotac GeForce GTX 980 Ti 6GB AMP! Extreme Video Card is 329mm long, some drive bays may not be usable.

This is the only warning about the case you should be fine.
