will A6 7310 bottleneck a gtx 750ti

to give u some insight, this particular CPU is technically a laptop CPU but it is soldered onto my motherboard and cant do anything about it, (my pc is a desktop, i know its very weird), will this CPU bottleneck a 750 ti? i have 8gb ddr3 ram, if thats important.
so my question is: WILL A6 7310 BOTTLENECK GTX 750TI

There really isn't a definitive yes or no answer. Any CPU can limit the performance of any GPU, just to a certain extent where you should worry about it. It will depend on the resolution, performance goal (desired framerate), the games you intend to play, and your desired graphical quality settings.

i intend on playing games like cs;go, dota 2 LOL and maybe some far cry 3 on lowest settings. as long as i have fps over 30 ill be happy

You'll definitely get more than 30fps in CS:GO, and almost certainly in DOTA2 and LOL. FarCry 3 I'm not so sure - it's very CPU hungry, and you have an extremely slow CPU.
