Question Will adding more ram decrease lag in pubg mobile on pc?

I have a pc that is 8 years old and I can run pubg.mobile at 30 fps but fluctuates to much (in tencent gaming buddy launcher). So I downloaded phoenix os and ran pubg mobile in it which gave less lags than the other one. So do you think increasing ram help it run better ? And btw when I run the game there is hardly any ram left.

My specs are
Intel core i3 M380
AMD HD 5470
3 GB RAM

What emulator are you using? Oh nm I see you have the tenecent. Just woke up. The ram may or may not help, But it can't hurt over four gb ram is considered the minimum to play with.
