Will adding USB ports bottleneck my PC?

I'm building a Flight Simulator based on a Gigabyte Z270 motherboard, but we need about 12 USB connectors, I wanted to know if installing 2 PCI Express USB Expansion Cards (They each have 4 USB 3.0) I will somehow bottleneck my PC, I am planning on using a GTX 1080 (Just 1, no SLI).

No, they wont. Bottlenecking happens with other componoments, like GPU and CPU.

No the only way you get a bottleneck is if you have to weak of a CPU with a to strong of a CPU or vise versa. (I think it may happen with to little Ram as well not sure though)
