Solution
thanks for the answer , but i want to 100% be confident about it and as far as i know , it is better to put the fan to the front so that it can get cool air
That's understandable. To hopefully put your mind at ease some more. In the Amazon link to the mainboard you provided, someone in reviews uploaded a picture with the Intel stock cooler mounted on the board. From what I read, the cooler has dimensions of 4.3x4.1x3 ins HxWxD. That tanslates to 109x104x95mm. Your coolers dimensions are given as 131x85.5x156.5. The second value, width, is the important one here. That is vertical dimension, so when the cooler is mounted, the distance from the right side of the fan to the opposite end of the cooling fins. So basically, the cooler...
That's a pretty slim cooler. Coolers of this size shouldn't extend over RAM slots, and if then they usually have clearance enough to fit especially if your RAM sticks aren't super high. Worst case, you install the fan at the back in a pull configuration instead of the usual push with the fan in the front.

So basically, the cooler extends the height and the depth of the stock cooler, but width is smaller as the stock cooler which fits behind the RAM slots completely without obstructing them. Hope I explained that comprehensively, I'm dead tired and barely able to concentrate x.x
