Building a Gaming PC for the first time and was wondering if these parts are fine together like would the CPU Bottleneck/slowdown the Graphics card etc. I would really appreciate if you help me and please don't just say yes as i want everything working. Thank you.

That looks like a great setup. With an OC to 4.5 (which is pretty easy) you have nothing to fear in regards to bottlenecks, thats a great PSU mine can handle GTX480 SLI + an OC'd 3570. One thing to consider is an SSD option, they really increase the responsiveness of the system.
