Question Will all of these parts work togather?

It's been a while since i built a PC and i haven't really been following along with the standards/etc...

Will these parts work together fine?
-Corsair HX850 Platinum 850W (existing)
-Sapphire R9 290 (existing)
-2 Seagate hard drives and 1 Intel SSD (existing)

New parts:
-AMD Ryzen 7 3700X with Wraith Prism
-Gigabyte X570 Gaming X Motherboard
-Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro CMW32GX4M4A2666C16 32GB (4x8GB) DDR4
-Intel 660p Series M.2 NVMe SSD 512GB
-Fractal Design Define R6 USB-C Case White
-Noctua NH-D14 CPU Cooler
-Noctua AM4 Mounting Kit

The PC will be used for gaming and work.

Gaming:
-Ark
-Anno
-Elder Scrolls Online

Work:
-Running multiple VMs
-Adobe Premiere/Illustrator
-AI stuff with R and python (not deep learning yet, holding off on the GPU)

I can't think of any reason why they wouldn't. Take the cooler for example. It is 160mm tall, and the case allows for one up to 185mm
