So i have:

ASRock M3A770DE Mobo

Gigabyte Radeon HD6850 OC 1GB DDR5 256-bit

PSU:Rasurbo Silent Power DLP-65.1

Kingston ValueRAM 4GB DDR3 1333MHz CL9

CPU:AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition 3.20GHz skt AM3

Hard disk Samsung 320GB SATA-II 7200 rpm 16MB SpinPoint F4

DVD-Writer Samsung SH-222AB/BEBE bulk black

Hard disk Seagate STM3250820A

And i want to know if all of this will be compatible.

Yes. 100% work.

the socket works fine with the mobo, but im not sure about the PSU. add together your CPU and your GPU power and add another 100-120 watts, imo

The PSU is a 650W output one, so 400for the GPU and 125 for the CPU at them maxed out. Should leave you with a 125W free to use for the peripherals you have on....
It should suffice.
The rest is all compatible as long as you have the latest BIOS version on the Mobo.

+1, probably get a little bit higher for the PSU, so you have room for upgrade in the future :)
