msi 970 atx
hyper evo 212
fx8350 8 core
normal dvd drive
1tb western digital

plus will the motherboard connect to the internet wireless?

There is a bit of an unbalance between your CPU (FX-8350) and the GTX 750 Ti.

It's not the most ideal combination.

For example, the FX-6300/Intel i3-4150 with a GTX 960 would give you much better performance.

yeah i know, the problem is i dont have enough to upgrade my graphics card again as this a a card i already have

It would give you better performance than the FX-8350 with Hyper 212 Evo and it would cost you less.

Are you sure you want to keep the FX-8350 CPU?

With your current case (Spec-03) the Hyper 212 Evo would not fit well.
