Will all this fit in a Mid tower?

Hey I'm limited to the space i have to put my tower and the Physical specs that work for me are around 20` height/20` depth/ 8` width
and just wanted to make sure this would all fit and not cause any trouble in a mid-tower

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($169.99 @ Microcenter)

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($26.29 @ NCIX US)

Also if you can suggest a Mid-tower very close to those specs that would be awesome!

you'll be fine, the only thing i looked at was the hyper 212 EVO height and thats 6.24 inches . .159mm.

yeah but a exhaust fan in the top/back wouldn't hurt. you can hold on that to see if it is necessary. and i am no fan "expert" to give you a suggestion ATM. 🙁

some people are scary serious about those . . .
