Does it NEED to be within 2 weeks? 2 weeks is literally when Ryzen and Navi officially get released, and could well shake up the market and pricing.

Also, you might want to make a solid decision on whether you're sticking with your current monitor or not. The monitor choice will affect the video card choice.
 
Thanks for the reply. How come a 8700k instesd of a 9700k or even a i9 9900k? Dob;t need a keyboard, mouse or headset as I have new ones.
They all perform around the same currently, although the 9900k can last you way longer. If you can stretch a little bit...
