hi.. I have bought a new graphics card gt 730 gddr5 few days earlier. My friend suggested me to buy it. he also owns the same model. But I'm not having the same framerate as him. he plays far cry 3 at med settings on 40-50 fps but mine is 30. I have also checked other games such as battlefield 3 at low settings. It gives me about 25 fps and my cpu usage is above 80%. I'm not sure about this that if my gpu is being bottlenecked by cpu or not.
My specs are :
motherboard: msi a88xm-e35 v2
processor: amd a4-4000
graphics card : geforce gt 730
ram : 6gb

will overclocking help? or should I have to upgrade cpu to amd a8 7600k ..

The GT-730 may not be much faster than your integrated GPU. It's not a gaming card - anything marked "GT" instead of "GTX" is considered to be for multimedia consumption and not really for rendering 3D graphics.

That said, it's really meaningless to say one is bottlenecking the other. Your A4 has a very slow CPU portion that will limit your framerates in many games. The GT-730 is also a very entry-level card and will require that you run low graphical settings. Both and neither bottleneck.
