Will Amd athlon II X3 bottleneck an GTX 1060 6Gb?

Hi every one,
my current setup (old setup) :
CPU : athlon II X3 (forget the serial number)
GPU : XFX Radeon 6670 1GB
RAM : 2x 4Gb Team Elite

i want to play some 1080p gaming and for that i wanna get a GTX 1060 / 1070 to replace my old GPU and without buy a new procie and Motherboard (at least for now, later i will move to intel).
and how to check potential bottleneck-ing ? i have no idea on this

Yes, the x3 (regardless of the actual model) is well under-powered to support a GTX 1060.

This system will be out of balance. You can certainly still game with it, but you will have to lower game settings due to the lack of CPU power.
