My AMD Phenom II 1075t on msi 880gm-e43 am3 motherboard is running Win 7:

Max Unbuffered DDR3 at 1600 SDRAM: 16GB (2x8) and 240-pin DDR3 DIMM 1333 4GB (2x2)

I'd like to upgrade. Will it run DDR3L? Will it run 32 GB DDR3 @ 1886Mhz? 2933MHz?

Would a 16 Gb stick work? I know the specs say it won't, but hey, I'm past that already.

such old motherboard, not sure if it can use ddr3l, the l is for low voltage, 1.35 volts, if the slot can't detect and deliver the right voltage, it might damage de ram module because it will deliver 1.5 volts

on this link

https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/880GME43/Specification

it is only mentioned it will push a ram module up to 1600mhz

about the ram module sizes, being a old motherboard most people only put 4 gbs modules so no idea

for such pc i would try to find corsair 2x8gbs 1600mhz

https://www.amazon.com/Corsair-CMZ1...ywords=corsair+2x8+ddr3&qid=1574375448&sr=8-1

it is 1.5volts, so it should work in that aspect, but the question is if the motherboard will take 8 gbs modules, this kit exist in 2x4gbs, that one surely works
