Will amdfx8320 work with amd760g chipset

The 760G chipset supports the FX-8320, but only some 760G motherboards support high 125W TDP (Thermal Design Power) CPUs. Some 760G motherboards only support 95 Watt TDP CPUs.

Thank you for your answers, but will I also have to find compatible gpu, memory, ect. for the motherboard or is the cpu the only thing I have to make sure of? because I'm updating my computer with newer parts and making sure I don't spend money for something that doesn't work or isn't compatible.
