Will AMD's new RX 480 be available globally on launch date?

The base Card is 9.7 inchs. There is 3 versions 200$ 4gb, 230$ 8gb and 300$ "Beast Mode". The 4 gb and 8gb is around 150watts. As far as I have seen the rx 480 4gb comapres to the 970. There has only been one benchmark for it in AOS.

9,7" ? Where is the link of that?
The reference design is 9.5 inches/241 mm unless I am totally wrong on my searches on different tech sites.

Okay, but that still doesn't answer my question mentioned in the title; will it be available in all countries on its official launch date?
