Will an 350 Watt psu power an Asus EN9800GX2?

The card itself uses 200Watts, so probably 600watts would be good, or maybe 550 if its a high quality unit.

I have an MSI K9VGM-V motherboard (please give me a wattage of every component, it's for a friend)
2,4 Gigs of ram of PNY
40 gigs of harddrive place
640 gigs small harddrive of toshiba, an HDD2H81
Asus EN9800GX2
and an extra fan
please give me all the wattages
