Will an amd 6670 work with a 300w power supply

Currently, I have a dx4200-11 pc. All the hardware within is still the same. My psu is from fsp group, and has 300watts. My processor is a AMD Phenom X4 9550(2.2GHz), w/ 6gb of memory capacity.

Yep it would work but get a 7750 instead, it's more powerful and uses less power than a 6670. The 7750 would be the best card that your machine can handle without a PSU upgrade.
