I have a a68hm plus mbd(micro atx) with an AMD-7850K and 8 gb ddr3@ I think 2133 mhz and no ssd and 2070, so thing are a nightmare to load, but I was wondering if the ram/cpu would bottleneck my 2070, a 60hz monitor. Ik I should upgrade monitor and get an ssd. It stutters a tonne in Bf5 and wanna know what is bottlenecking it.

Plan:
I am going to upgrade to 16 gb 3200mhz Ddr4 and prob get a Ryzen 5 2600 and get a 970 evo plus 1 tb m. 2 ssd all on a msi b450 carbon AC

Solution
The CPU will absolutely bottleneck an RTX 2070. Even a 1060 will be bottlenecked by a 7850K. And the CPU will tend to have a great deal of problem in open-world games, which tend to put a lot of strain on CPUs. It's a budget-line CPU from five years ago, so there are limitations.

Your upgrade to a Ryzen 5 2600 and fast RAM will be a massive upgrade, one that will be worthy of handling your significant GPU investment.
