Will an amd radeon 6450 HD 2GB work in a dell optiplex 990 sff?

Hi all, I've been given a 24" wide screen iiyama monitor to use with my Dell desktop at work which looks horrendous at 1280x1024 using the current graphics capabilities. Will the AMD Radeon 6450 2gb card fit/work with in my Dell?

If it is a low profile HD 6450, it should be fine. Don't forget to install the drivers that come with the card, though for best performance. Or the ones on the website which may be a little newer. http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
